The European University of Rome participated in the European Geosciences Union General Assembly 2025 (EGU2025), held in Vienna from April 27 to May 2, 2025. The EGU is the most important European scientific event dedicated to Earth, climate, and space sciences, attracting thousands of researchers from around the world.
The university, represented by its research centers WGSD and GREAL, contributed to session NH2.2 – PICO “Preventive Volcanic Risk Management. Convergences of Institutional Role-Players and Scientific Knowledge”, focused on multidisciplinary approaches to risk reduction and climate resilience.
